Anyone. Any ability. Yes this is a perfect starting point if you are brand new to the gym. Or need more help & guidance with you food & training. Plus your age is just a number darling, we have ladies range from 18-60.
Abilities will be varied – there will be stronger, maybe fitter members in the group – its OUR job to make sure you get the most out of your ability, do not worry, we have everything covered.
GROUP BASED
First day nerves will leave you in minutes I promise. This is not a bootcamp! It’s small group PT. We TEACH, YOU TRAIN, we encourage we transform, not just physically but mentally to.
